    CAPITAL K9'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO SUPPORT THE K9 AND EQUINE UNITS OF THE CITY OF MADISON POLICE DEPARTMENT. ACCOMPLISHMENTS RELATED TO THIS PROGRAM SERVICE INCLUDE THE PURCHASE SADDLES, TRAINING OF THE TEAMS, AND THE PURCHASE OF THE CANINE "NERO".
