B. TO PROMOTE SAFETY AND OTHER STANDARDS OF USE, PILOTAGE, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE AIRCRAFT BY THE MEMBERS DURING THE CONVENTION. C. TO FOSTER EDUCATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS WHO ARE PILOTS OR OWNERS OF THE AIRCRAFT, ENHANCING THE NECESSARY COMPETENCIES OF THE MEMBERS WITH RESPECT TO THE USE, PILOTAGE, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE AIRCRAFT.
