THROUGH THE RIGOROUS EXERCISE OF OUR FIDUCIARY OBLIGATIONS THE FOUNDATION USES ITS RESOURCES IN THE MOST EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE, AND RESPONSIBLE MANNER.
