  • Chronic Care and Youth Outreach

    The organization primarily assists chronic care patients who suffer from hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and other forms of chronic ailments. Incorporated into our Clinic is our Outreach Center that deals with children who are on the margins of society, offering them English as a second language, tutoring in line with the Granbury ISD on the metrics system, a parent caf, lunches, and opportunities for social interaction. We also have a food pantry that provides groceries to the community surrounding the Outreach Center in one of the poorer sections of Hood County, Texas.
