In writing, request should inlcude: name, address, and other contact infoarmtion of organization requesting the donations. Individual authorized to represent the organization, purpose for which the donation is being requested, and amount requested.

Donations will only be made primarily to organizations within eastern Washington, with other locations considered based on need, and which related to community service, health, education, and support of disadvantaged or otherwise needy categories of people.
