    Community based food education - while schools are a great place to connect with kids, Common Threads also focuses on bringing gardening, cooking, and eating programs to low income or otherwise vulnerable children during their out of school hours. In 2022 Common threads added a food truck to this program to offer free nourishing foods to hungry kids in paces and times where they need them most.
