VOCF provided leadership and management services to Food for the Hungry International Federation. A new activity was Blue Ocean training to help organizations innovate. Three Blue Ocean seminars were provided to 150 leaders in 2 countries. Finally, VOCF began a new pilot program called Young Farmers Partnership
