  • Gifted Student Development Program

    Junior DECATS offers development, guidance, science, math, social studies, art, music, theatre, journalism, technology and multimedia. The goal for these students is to spark and sustain interest in intellectual pursuits beyond what is possible during the normal school day. It also provides an opportunity for them to work with other gifted children. An additional facet of the program is our parent orientation. This affords parents the opportunity to meet other families of gifted children and to obtain additional information dealing with giftedness. In addition, individual student testing will be completed and the results will be delivered to parents in written form.
