Texas Women in Higher education (TWHE) conducted a conference in March of 2023 for Texas educators from universities, community colleges and public schools to educate women in educational leadership. TWHE provided eight 500 dollar ($4,000) grants to women that made application to attend the 2023 conference based upon need and service qualification. TWHE also provided regional grants of $1,988 to conduct regional seminars and activities at to promote women in leadership. Over 250 participants were involved at the conference. The organization also provided a newsletter and conducted leadership seminars throughout the year.
