The corporation is organized exclusively for religious and charitable purposes, including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under the section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code. We serve local churches by providing men's, women's and couples retreats by providing opportunities for growth and maturity through structured encounters with God's Grace and Truth in Jesus Christ.
