    Leadership Academy - The Academy is to be held annually to train the next generation of leaders and managers in the growing worldwide toll industry to perform their jobs effectively and serve the public interest. The Foundation also provides ongoing training and networking opportunities for Academy alumni throughout their careers.

    Scholarship program - Through a competitive selection process IBTTA Foundation provides college scholarships to undergraduates working towards a transportation-related degree at an accredited university. In 2020 the Foundation provided eight $5,000 scholarships. Fundraising events provided much of the funding for this program
