Community Residences For I/DD
Housing -. New Concepts for Living (NCFL) offers Community and Medically Supportive Residences (Group Homes) and provides individuals with a safe and nurturing environment. Our Community Residences, located throughout northern New Jersey, are designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). These residences provide a family environment and enable each individual to reach their full potential. Our modern, well-maintained homes are ideal for adults who need assistance with everyday tasks and require 24-hour supervision. Support with activities of daily living is tailored to the individual's needs. Housemates with similar needs and challenges enjoy living among their peers in a nurturing, warm environment. Each resident has their own private bedroom to personalize and enjoy. All homes provide ample communal areas where residents and staff enjoy activities and meals together. Family members and guardians are encouraged to visit their loved ones and become part of the NCFL family. NCFL currently has 18 homes throughout the county and will be opening four additional community residences in 2025.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$15.1MAdult Achievement Centers Program
