IT SEEKS TO INSTILL IN ITS PARTICIPANTS AN APPRECIATION OF THE BENEFITS OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE THAT LEADS TO A LIFE-LONG AWARENESS OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS ISSUES, AS WELL AS THE ATTRIBUTES OF SPORTSMANSHIP, FAIR PLAY AND TEAM WORK.
