  • Housing Services for Low to Moderate Income Households

    Schoharie County Rural Preservation Corp. operates for the purpose of providing housing services to households with an income range of very low to moderate. These housing services include technical assistance to individuals seeking home mortgages, home financial assistance, rental assistance, homeowner repairs, etc. In addition to helping area residents with housing and homeownership issues, SCRPC also administers a 263-unit, Section 8 rental subsidiary program, manages two rural development senior housing sites (24-units each).
