BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING COSTS SO THAT BUILDING IS SUITABLE FOR PUBLIC USE. THE ASSOCIATION IS RUN BY VOLUNTEERS. UTILITY BILLS, INSURANCE AND MAINTENACE ARE THE LARGEST PORTION OF OUR EXPENSES. DURING THE FIRST HALF OF 2021 DUE TO COVID-19 THE BUILDING SAW A GREAT REDUCTION IN USE AND THE NUMBER OF HOURS THAT WE USED CONTRACT CLEANERS WAS REDUCED. FEES STILL NEEDED TO BE PAID FOR VARIOUS SAFETY INSPECTIONS.
