NEW JERSEY PRIMARY CARE ASSOCIATION, INC. (NJPCA) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT REPRESENTS THE ORGANIZATIONAL PROVIDERS AND AFFILIATES OF COMMUNITY-BASED AMBULATORY HEALTHCARE, SPECIFICALLY FOCUSING ON FQHCS, IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. THE ASSOCIATION HAS AS ITS PRIMARY GOAL THE EXPANSION AND PROVISION OF QUALITY, COST-EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT PRIMARY HEALTHCARE AND SEEKS NEW AND EXPANDED REVENUE SOURCES FOR THESE SERVICES.THE NJPCA NOW OVERSEES 23 FQHCS IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. NJPCA IS MANAGED/DIRECTED BY A PRESIDENT AND CEO WITH A STAFF OF 12 INDIVIDUALS. FQHCS OPERATED 139 SITES INCLUDING SCHOOL BASED SITES AND MOBILE SITES IN 21 COUNTIES, CURRENTLY SERVE OVER 500,000 INDIVIDUALS.
