Member Recruitment Training
All members participate in formal recruitment training and formal recruitment that takes place over a number of days. As a result of their efforts 30 members joined the Organization. Participation in recruitment activities promotes bonds between members and teaches valuable interviewing and social skills.

Winter Formal Event
The Organization held a formal event in the Winter season attended by all members and their guests. The formal event included transportation, dinner and dancing. The event encourages social interaction between members and continued membership with the Organization.
