AVS presents its own programs (annual garden party/meeting, dinners, cooking classes for children & adults, internships primarily for teens and young adults) and attends (to speak, give classes, provide information) other events (eg environmental & health fairs). We impart and share information on compassionate living including practical demonstrations of food and dress, general health guidance, cooking classes, printed/media info, and more.     Education through our magazine & website. Magazine is informative and motivational regarding the vegan way of life, teaches responsibility to the environment, and compassionate living in general. It includes news, opinion, health advice, cooking/food info, fashion and lifestyle features, and announcements. 3,500print run (1,000 emailed pdf copy) and appears on our website. Website is operated for the same purposes and includes listing of c 77 vegan information points (volunteers) across the United States, 150 Vegfests in USA, our Speakers' Bureau, menus and recipes, etc .
