THE ASSOCIATION ALSO SERVES AN EDUCATIONAL FUNCTION BY SPONSORING CONFERENCES ON ELECTRIC AND NATURAL GAS OPERATIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ISSUES THAT ARE ATTENDED BY EMPLOYEES OF MEMBERS COMPANIES, OUT-OF-STATE UTILITIES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
