DESIGNATED AS A CENTER OF EXCELLENCE, NDTS' BERKS COUNTY CLINIC HAS DEPLOYED A TEAM OF COMMUNITY BASED CARE MANAGERS TO HELP INDIVIDUALS IN TREATMENT NAVIGATE AVAILABLE COMMUNITY SERVICES AND COORDINATE CARE ACROSS PROVIDERS.
