Residential Services provided residential facilities and support services for adults who have developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, histories of neglect / abuse or previously in developmental centers.The services are designed to help residents with independent living skills and reduction of maladaptive behaviors. Adult Development (ADP) and Employment Support Services (ESS) areFHARs day programs.ADP is pre-vocational program for developementally disabled adults who have behavioral or emotional disorders. ADP helps reduction of maladaptive behaviors that prevent successful participation within standard vocational programs or work settings.ESS emphasizes in independent and vocational skills, employment opportunities, and volunteer experiences with non-disabled peers. Supported Living and Independent Living Training Services provided to graduates of FHARs residential service program, to indiviuals residing in their own homes / families, or to those living in FHAR s supported living facilities. In 2020, average of 53 clients every month were served.
