St. Andrew's Day Celebration
St. Andrew is the patron saint of Scotland. His feast day is November 30 and his Saints Day is a celebration and education of Scottish culture and heritage with traditional food, music (especially bagpipes) and Scottish dancing. The cross on which St. Andrew was crucified has been adopted as the national flag of Scotland and incorporated into the Union flag. The Saints Day is celebrated in Philadelphia with an annual gala dinner. Several historical treasures and relics owned by the Society are carried in the annual St. Andrew's Day procession that is part of the festivities.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2021 – Jun 30, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$60.7KScottish Heritage Meetings
