Title holding corporation for exempt organization college fraternity which provides dormitory style housing for 22 fraternity member-students while they attend the university. The fraternity house is used by the entire membership of over 60 students.During 2016/2017 construction of a new fraternity house took place. Construction of this house was funded from a national fund-raising campaign and mortgage loan.
