The organization provided free in-home care coordination and advocacy services to more than 3,000 individuals of any age with developmental disabilities, and the families who care for them. Services are offered anywhere in Pennsylvania. They are provided by specially trained nurses who help individuals access the resources and services they need to enhance their health and quality of life.
