Program expenses consists of occupancy and maintenance costs incurred in providing housing to the residents of Moravian College Housing. The program provided housing, education, access to dining, entertainment and transportation to its residents in an integrated living and learning community. The facility's maximum capacity for the fiscal year ended 6/30/2022 is 235. The number of residents were 218 and 205 for the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters respectively. Occupants include undergraduate and graduate students and a Student Affairs Director.
