    The Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado operates the Chamber's Connect Leadership Program. The program is an intense 10 month leadership training experience designed to help participants become more effective, well rounded, and influential leaders in the areas of business, politics, and community leadership. The Chamber Connect experience consists of mostly technical/skills based classes where participants will learn how to effectively navigate specific leadership environments. Throughout the year, participants will also meet and interact with some of Colorado's most influential leaders. During the year there were 31 graduates in 2020

    Bridging the Gap. Provided Covid- 19 relief assistance to individuals. 90 direct Participants and 4100 indirect (virtual workshops, people who received masks, gloves, cleaning products, and information. During these tumultuous times we have broadened our focus to provide financial support, information, and resources to small businesses, entrepreneurs and families that have been impacted by COVID 19. In addition to coaching and access to resources, through the Bridging the Gap Initiative our target audience is eligible for: Educational Scholarship Support Social emotional and mental health resources Virtual live stream sessions centered on professional development, health & wellness, emotional wellness and social engagement. Small stipends/grants to help with household expenses and groceries. Limited Operational grants for small businesses and entrepreneurs to support operating expenses.
