Revive and Thrive Family Support Program
Our Revive and Thrive Family Support program provides mental health scholarships and caregiver coaching for children and parents. In 2024, nearly 70 individuals were supported through mental health scholarships totaling $28,000. Our volunteer team personally reached out to more than 250 foster, adoptive, and kinship families on a monthly basis to provide encouragement and share updates on the support available to them. Finally Home's Solid Rock Students program empowers foster and adoptive middle and high school youth to build confidence and community. In 2024, we brought nearly 50 students together across 3 events to teach students how they can establish healthy connections with others, and at the same time equip them with tools to discover what makes them unique and valuable. Our SuperHero Academy training equipped church members and caregivers across the U.S. and at international children's homes. Attendees learned how to help children heal from trauma and gain both skills and character traits that build resiliency. The training also shared strategies to help children manage their BIG emotions and think about what they want before acting. We brought Survival Skills for Healthy Families to caregivers across the U.S. This trauma-informed education curriculum in the form of three certified parent, marriage, and family research-based courses prepared social workers, caregivers, and foster parents on ways to strengthen families. A fourth course will be released in 2025.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$639.9K
