    In Malawi, to run program aimed at creating productive home victory gardens and victory maize fields using permaculture and sustainable farming practices. The goal of all facets of this program is to build individuals confidence in self-reliance, and community ownership. The Organization is the primary funder of the Face-to-Face AIDS Project Malawi, based in Lilongwe, whose sole purpose is to carry out the work of The Face To Face Project, Inc. Face To Face AIDS Project Malawi administers, monitors, and evaluates grant programs on the ground, and has a 10-member staff.
