The EH McDowell Foundation Inc. accepts requests from certified 501C3 charitable entities whose goals match those of our foundation; supporting the human spiritual and or educational well being of individuals and or families. The foundation looks particularly for those endeavors which have a previous and demonstratable history of efficiency in maximizing their charitable gifts and are serving populations that may be underserved by other foundations or social support systems.
