Request must be accompanied by proof it is a 501(c)3 charity, copy of most recent IRS Form 990, current financial statements, a detailed budget of proposed project, a statement assuring grant only to be used for those in Tom Green and adjoining counties, project request providing the needs, goals, activities, time-line, etc. of the project, and an evaluation process to be used to measure the success of the project when completed.

The Foundation awards grants to charities that provide assistance to youth (persons under age 18) and elderly (persons over age 70) of Tom Green County, Texas and adjoining counties.
