METAA runs a listserve for technology directors in Massachusetts which is used extensively for collaboration and support. Over 300 individuals user this service regularly, and it is an invaluable resource. It is run and monitored by volunteer Board members.

METAA offered intensive online training courses for CTO's and aspiring CTO's based on CoSN's Framework of Essential Skills. This course is offers graduate credit and a METAA Certificate which is accepted by most school districts in Massachusetts.
