  • Environmental Community Engagement

    2022 saw us return to some more normal rhythms as we were able to have our Earth Action Week, Green Home Tour and Annual Gala. We continued to plant lots of trees, and we maintained our efforts with the Re-Leaf program. Along with these efforts, we continue to save and protect more trees from drought, sustain our green community through service projects, and invest in our future by supporting environmental literacy among our youth.

  • Program 1 [2025]

    Sustainable Claremont has remained highly active and effective in our local schools and communities. Over the past two years, the organization has brought in a growing number of grants to support rain gardens, vegetable gardens, composting, tree plantings, and education programs across CUSD, including making Claremont a state leader in on-site food waste processing. This year reflects resilience and growth, with expanded school partnerships, new grants, and Climate Action Corps Fellows advancing hands-on sustainability education.
