    Artisans had 32,351 visitors to our store in 2024 which is an increase of 5,355 from 2023 (2023 had 26,996)Online store was discontinued as it was labor intensive and cost prohibitive. Instead, our concentration is on doing more within the community.We are maintaining Our Online presence via Facebook, which showed an increase in 2024 to 36.4k plus interactions of 13.7k. Instagram is showing a reach of 767 with 189 of those visiting our site.ARTISANS is conducting classes in acrylic, oil painting and creative resin with glass and other objects.Instructors do not have to be a member, just show proficiency in their field.ARTISANS has a "Guest Artist" Program, which allows a new artist, emerging or new to the area, to exhibit their artwork for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. A special evening reception is held monthly to introduce the artist to the public. They also receive social media exposure. There is no fee for the space, except a % of sales.Bra-Vo, our fundraiser for breast cancer, donated $6,228 to the Waterman Foundation. 2024 was a challenging year as we were faced with multiple hurricanes, Debby, Helene and Milton during our prime fundraising time and several venues were cancelled. ARTISANS encouraged future artists by donating $2,000 to the Womens Committee of Fine Arts. They will, in turn, review applicants and select 2 students to each receive a $1,000 Art Scholarship. This money is funded by both Artisans and the Marilyn and Lee Dodge Scholarship program.ARTISANS and Members volunteered their time in support of several MDCA Art initiatives, covering gallery time, assisting with traffic during the art show setups and donating artwork for fundraising.Number of Newsletter subscribers is 1,783, down from 2023 but we did a cleanup to purge inactive and invalid subscribers.
