To organize and engage in such activities as research, and public education for the benefit of its members to secure and disseminate to members specialized information necessary to the efficiency operation of the businesses of the members and to engage in collective bargaining with organized labor in order to eliminate work stoppages and to promote harmonious relations between the members of the Association and their respective employees and to adjust such differences as they may arise between them from time to time by amicable action.
