AT THE INDUSTRY LEVEL, WE AMPLIFY THE VOICES OF PROFESSIONALS OF COLOR AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO HOSPITALITY COMPANIES THAT ARE SEEKING TO ELIMINATE BIAS AND DISPARITIES IN THEIR ORGANIZATIONS.
