    Ministry Care promotes "self-care" in ministry leaders through services such as electronic publications, counseling, coaching, consultation, seminars and workshops. Working with charitable organizations, missionary groups and national ministry leaders Ministry Care promotes individual and group health in order to maintain and grow healthy ministries. Ministry Care provides services that help ministry workers manage emotional, physical and relational health issues.

  • Youth Empowerment Programs

    Oversaw the revision and conclusion of Unstuck: A Teen's Guide to Living in Uncertain Times, including piloting it at a youth summer camp outside of Boston. Managing the revision of the traditional children's book-based materials, working on updating content, program, and training models. Worked in partnership with the Philippine Bible Society to launch the Cebuano version of the Anchored in Hope program: an adult app-based small group program. Managed the development of the program and training model for the international youth app-based program, Rise Up: Building Strength and Resilience Together,. Oversaw script writer and subject matter expert review committee during the creation of the audio program and training module script writing process. Collaborated with the video production team to create 7 training video series and 3 demonstration videos. Identified necessary supplemental materials to support the facilitation of the youth small groups. Collaboration to ensure app development is meeting core programmatic needs. Met with the Colombia Compassion office to discuss the launch of the pilot in 2025.
