    AREI hosts and convenes weekly a group of nationally renowned experts in power generation, transmission and environmental restoration on the implementation of a national HVDC SuperGrid (High Voltage Direct Current) to be undergrounded coast to coast a border to border along interstate highway systems, railroad corridors and river systems of the continental United States. By utilizing solar, wind and natural gas, we can provide firm base load power and build the economy. The goal is to create a national network that supports the transition to energy effiency, economic growth, and protects the environment. Building and operating the SuperGrid creates jobs, supports economic development, and provides affordable clean energy across the country, especially in rural areas. By lowering energy costs and making American businesses more competitive internationally. The AREDAY CEO attended several climate change events throughout the year.
