THE INTENT AND GOAL IS TO HELP WOMEN IN ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION, THE TRADES, REAL ESTATE, LAW, AND CONSULTING BUILD SKILLS AND DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS THAT WILL HELP BOTH THEIR FIRMS AND THEMSELVES IN THEIR CONTINUED SUCCESS.
