TO BE A POSITIVE FORCE IN STIMULATING THE INTEREST, SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATION OF THE PIQUA AREA IN THE FUNDING OF THE WORTHY EDUCATIONAL, CHARACTER BUILDING, HEALTH AND WELFARE ORGANIZATIONS, WHETHER LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL OR ENTERNATIONAL. THE ORGANIZATION'S MAIN PURPOSE IS TO SOLICIT PUBLIC CONTRIBUTIONS AND DISTRIBUTE TEH FUNDS TO VARIOUS MEMBER AGENCIES.
