Camp Joy's youth programs promote personal and interpersonal development through experience-based outdoor activities. This is conducted through Camp programming and Outdoor Education programs, and Leadership Programs for Young Adults. These programs are targeted to youth of all backgrounds, but Camp Joy's core mission is to deliver programs to underserved populations. This includes children from foster homes and low income backgrounds as well as children with medical conditions. Camp Joy's youth programs serve more than 6,000 youth each year.
