During the 2023 fiscal year, the SEED trained twenty-one (21) local entrepreneurs through our BUILD program and awarded $178,366 to small business and social service organizations. Participating businesses were drawn from the food service, personal service, and social service sectors of the local economy. In addition, the SEED subsidized rent for thirteen (13) early-stage businesses in our Enterprise Center.
