TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE TO THE NEEDY PEOPLE RESIDING IN SHELBY COUNTY IN THE FORM OF FOOD, CLOTHING, MEDICINE, AND OTHER NECESSITIES; AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY THRIFT SHOP WITH DONATIONS OF MERCHANDISE AND VOLUNTEER WORKERS FROM VARIOUS AREA CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS.
