    3104: Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) is aligned with the North Carolina CCR&R System. These services provide technical assistance in the form of coaching and modeling to early childhood educators working in start-up, licensed, and/or G.S. 11O childcare facilities. The Lending Library offers a variety of materials to support educators (die-cuts/lamination/bulletin board paper), families, and community members with young children's learning and development (books/curriculum kits). These items are available to be checked out by families with children ages birth to five, educators, and community members.

  • NC Pre-K Financial Assistance Program

    3125 NCPK: The child's family must be eligible for either 1) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) OR 2) The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF). The child must be enrolled and served through the NC Pre-K program. The financial assistance is specifically for the NC Pre-K rate and does not cover any wrap-around care costs. Data on the children receiving this assistance will need to be reported as directed by the Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE)
