UNDER ITS RESALE FORMULA, THE HOMEOWNER, WHEN THE HOME IS SOLD, RECEIVES ALL THE MONEY OR EQUITY THEY HAVE PAID OFF THE HOME MORTGAGE, PLUS 25% OF THE APPRECIATED VALUE OF THE HOME.
