  • Residential Care for Adults with Disabilities

    GF AFC s primary program service was sucessfully sccompoished this calendar year. We successfully provided residential care to 7 adult mentally and physiccally challenged individuals. Our program provided three nutritional daily meals and snacks,job training, group therapy/activities, work shop and seminars. We also provided bi-monthly in-house movies, bingo, card games and shopping trips trips to grocers and fruit markets. This past fall we took a trip to the Apple Orchard and County Fair which was a wonderful outing. We held monthly meetings repeating the proper way to wash hand, cough and sneeze along with wearing masks and keeping proper distances. Our goals are for everyone to practice the necessary precautions to eliminate/reduce the spread of congagious illness and to someday have the ability to live independent.
