To support with basics of life and protect their civil rights of the one of the poorest, linguistically challenged and underserved or in many cases not served community in Oregon. We also focus on uplifting and supporting this mostly refugee community in making better citizens. WE BELIEVE IN FAIRNESS FOR ALL! SACOO mission is to empower the Somali community by enhancing relationships between members of the community and between the community and statewide and/or federal agencies while also promoting cultural expression and diversity.
