THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO FACILITATE EMPLOYERS, DEVELOPERS, BUILDING OWNERS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES AND OTHERS WITHIN IRVINE SPECTRUM TO WORK TOGETHER AND COLLECTIVELY ESTABLISH POLICIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO ADDRESS LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PROBLEMS.
