OUR MEMBERS RECEIVE A MONTHLY COPY OF OUR EMAIL NEWSLETTER, STRATEGIES. BROWN BAG EDUCATIONAL WEBINAR SESSIONS ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE HAD 821 REGISTRATS. AESPs financial performance in 2024 resulted in a year over year improvement in net revenues from $406,289 to a positive net revenue of $50,802. AESPs online and in-person education and workforce training investments and income nearly doubled year over year demonstrating a resurgence of spending in these areas for AESP members and the energy industry at large. AESP also continued to see membership growth in 2024 with the addition of 1,274 members to its membership roster a growth rate of 30%. AESP completed its second year of a U.S. Department of Energy funded workforce training program resulting in $50,284 for a total of $609,440 in grant income through the end of 2024 for this project. The grant has supported nearly 18,000 active engagements and 1292 new online training course registrations.
