Applications should be submitted in the format shown on the Foundation's website and should include: a description of the entity including it's history and it's charitable purpose, the purpose for the request, relationship of the request to the entity's total budget, affiliated entities, contact information, copy of IRS ruling letter.

Awards are generally restricted to the purposes defined on the Foundation's website and to geographical areas where the Foundation has a presence - primarily Southern California.
