Hemlock Society of San Diego (HSSD) is an organization with over 350 active members in & outside of San Diego County. HSSD provides free public education on end-of-life issues & advance care planning through bimonthly public meetings held on Zoom, with an average attendance of approximately 150 people from many parts of the United States. We also host a free public film screening with right-to-die discussion every other month. HSSD publishes a newsletter distributed every other month to members. HSSD also maintains a website & YouTube channel with videos of our meetings & other educational information on end-of-life issues. This material is freely available to members & non-members worldwide. HSSD maintains a phone line & email account to answer questions from the public about end-of-life issues & provides one-on-one counseling at no cost. We are members of the World Federation of Right to Die Societies and our Board Directors attend their biennial conference to stay abreast of the current developments in the global right-to-die movement. Finally, HSSD raises money & contributes to other organizations involved in end-of-life issues.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$83K
